* Mars rules over the infernal, hellish spirits, and the souls of
those who have condemned themselves to Hell.
* The Moon rules over water spirits - ie, undines.

That leaves the Sun, Mercury, and Venus, and the salamanders, gnomes,
and some mysterious 7th class.

My guess is that the salamanders are ruled over by solar power.

Anyone else want to take a shot at this?
