I can help you with the planetary stuff. What kind of problems are you having? With the jovial (jupiter) pentacles, you want to make them in tin or brass on a Thursday and pray the 23rd psalm. You should clean yourself before you make them. With the first one, I would make it up, and then call out very loudly "PARASIEL!!! Show me where the treasures are!" He will obey your request and reveal it to you within the next week or so - it may be in your dreams, he may stub your foot to make you look where you're standing; there are many ways the spirits have to indicate things and get your attention. All you have to do is listen and stay observant day and night.
I won't help you with the Saturn ones because I don't know and can't judge whether the person deserves to be obsessed by demons (in all likelihood, they already are and that is why they have bothered you so much). It is not in my nature to make more evil in the world. Make the saturn ones in lead and speak to their spirits if you really desire this, and they will instruct you if you are worthy. They may test you. The Saturn spirits are very wise and will teach you many things regardless of whether you want to curse someone or not.
If you want to do a "pay me!" spell, there are a couple different plants and herbs that work very well. Cinnamon and bayberry are traditionally very powerful for drawing money, and then you can use galangal, calamus, and/or licorice to compel your targets to pay up what they owe you. Lodestones (magnetite) also work very well for "pulling" the money back to you. Combine all these things with a good, big, 7-day green or red vigil candle, and time it to work with Venus, Mercury, and the Sun, and it will go very well. You can use all these together and call a goetic/infernal spirit to take up your case and harass your targets until they pay you back. Some people like to purchase or make up a candle in the shape of a green demon, to represent the demons that will harass them until your money is returned. Earl Raum of the 72 is very good for this kind of work in particular - I think he and his troops may even enjoy it somewhat. You can "google" his seal on the internet.
So, to give an example, you would get a big red or green vigil candle, anoint it with a woody oil, and sprinkle it with the herbs I mentioned. Write on a piece of paper the names of the people who owe you money, and across their names write "PAY UP NOW!" Their photos would work very well for this. Then you are going to make up a seal for Raum, and you will put the names paper underneath the candle and on top of Raum's seal, so they are "sandwiched" and "caught between a rock and a hard place". Do this on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Sunday, while the moon is growing (waxing). Knock the candle three times, pray the 2nd psalm, and shout out loud to these people to GIVE YOU BACK THE MONEY THEY OWE YOU - NOW!!!. Then light the candle, and observe what happens over the next seven days and the following months.
