Hey Andy. The weather is pretty gray here too, though its not raining (yet).
Remember that the perfect can be the enemy of the good. Be careful that you don't put off valuable magical experimentation, especially for the sake of formality.
15 is regarded as both a sacred and an unholy number. Ishtar was called "The Goddess of the 15", and remember that she both ascended into Heaven as Queen Inanna and descended into Hell as Astaroth. 15 is a number of fiery passions, both above and below. It is sacred to the demons. Here is an excerpt from a spell to gain Pluto's wealth from the True Grammer:
"Then you can load as much gold as you can carry from the treasure, walking 60 steps backwards, in memory of the 15 ministers, the 15 red angels, the 15 black cherubim, and the 15 black seraphim of Lucifer"
Lucifer and Ishtar are both called "the bright morning star", after the planet Venus. Venus traces the shape of a pentagram in Earth's sky, and this is one of the reasons why the Pentagram, also called the Arra, Plough sign, or Seal of Solomon, is the symbol of authority over the underworld. The highest mysteries among the masons deal with the power and symbolism of the morning star, and this is the origin of the hysterical accusations of the masons being secret devil-worshippers :P
As Marbuel, a member of the Faustian 7, Marbas is one of the guardians of the Infernal mysteries. I was recently initiated into those mysteries myself. Perhaps he thinks you are also worthy? The infernal mysteries present a deeper understanding of the nature of evil, suffering, and the daemonic. Only people with great fortitude and deep ethics can handle them, so I would take it as a very good sign and compliment. I am sure you will get the career support you need.
By the way, I saw that you have a phoenix picture on your profile. Did you know that Phoenix is one of the goetic 72? He's a marquis who is a master of poetry and the sciences.
